  • CLEAN AIR ACT AND THE FEDERAL WATER POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (a) If the Sub-Recipient, with the funds authorized by this Agreement, enters into a contract that exceeds $150,000, then any such contract must include the following provision: Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 7401-7671q) and the Federal Water Pollution Control Act as amended (33 U.S.C. 1251-1387), and will report violations to FEMA and the Regional Office of the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA).

  • Clean Air Act For all contracts in excess of $100,000, both parties hereby agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders or requirements issued under section 306 of the Clean Air Act (42 U.S.C. 1857(h), Section 508 of the Clean Water Act (33 U.S.C. 1368), Executive Order 11738, and Environmental Protection Agency regulations (40 CFR Part 15).

  • Iran Contracting Act If the Contract Amount is $1,000,000 or more and Contractor did not provide to JBE an Iran Contracting Act certification as part of the solicitation process, this section is applicable. Contractor certifies either (i) it is not on the current list of persons engaged in investment activities in Iran (“Iran List”) created by the California Department of General Services pursuant to PCC 2203(b), and is not a financial institution extending $20,000,000 or more in credit to another person, for forty-five (45) days or more, if that other person will use the credit to provide goods or services in the energy sector in Iran and is identified on the Iran List, or (ii) it has received written permission from the JBE to enter into this Agreement pursuant to PCC 2203(c).

  • Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act Contractor hereby agrees that it shall comply with all rulings and interpretations of the Xxxxx-Xxxxx Act (40 USC 276a-5) and that the contractor and subcontractor agrees that all employees shall be paid the local prevailing wages as established by Virgin Islands statutes and laws.

  • Federal Water Pollution Control Act (1) The contractor agrees to comply with all applicable standards, orders or regulations issued pursuant to the Federal Water Pollution Control Act, as amended, 33 U.S.C. 1251 et seq.

  • Solid Waste The Licensee shall have to make arrangements for disposal of solid waste, which shall be got removed from the premises on a daily basis to ensure perfect cleanliness as per Corporation of Chennai Norms. The Licensee shall have to make arrangements for the solid waste to be separated into glass, plastic and food waste and for the food waste to be treated in a shredder to be converted into a paste. The waste shall need to be expelled into a common dump or waste area provided/ indicated by CMRL. If solid waste is found disposed of on CMRL land or premises a penalty/fine of Rs.2000/- shall be imposed by CMRL for each occasion.

  • Other Governmental Regulations To the extent that this Agreement may be funded by fiscal assistance from another governmental entity, Consultant and any subcontractors shall comply with all applicable rules and regulations to which City is bound by the terms of such fiscal assistance program.

  • Data Protection Act 7.1.1 The Supplier shall (and shall procure that its entire Staff) comply with any notification requirements under the DPA and both Parties will duly observe all their obligations under the DPA which arise in connection with the Contract.
