Common use of By the Corporation for Cause Clause in Contracts

By the Corporation for Cause. by the Corporation at any time for Cause (as defined in Section 5.7), by providing written notice to the Executive specifying the act or omissions upon which the Corporation is relying to terminate his or her employment for Cause, in which case the “Date of Termination” shall mean the effective date set out by the Corporation in such written notice;

By the Corporation for Cause. by the Corporation at any time for Cause (as defined in Section 5.7)5.6) following due inquiry during which the Executive will be given a chance to be heard, by providing written notice to the Executive specifying the act or omissions upon which the Corporation is relying to terminate his or her employment for Cause, in which case the “Date of Termination” shall mean the effective date set out by the Corporation in such written notice;
