Common use of By SRI Clause in Contracts

By SRI. SRI shall maintain comprehensive general ------ liability insurance, including contractual liability insurance, against claims for bodily injury or property damage arising from its activities contemplated by the Agreement, with such insurance companies and in such amounts as SRI customarily maintains for similar activities. SRI shall maintain such insurance during the Development Period and thereafter for so long as SRI maintains insurance for itself covering such activities.

By SRI. SRI shall maintain such insurance during the Development Period term of this Agreement and thereafter for so long as SRI maintains insurance for itself covering such activities. Upon request, SRI shall provide LSI with certificates of insurance evidencing SRI's compliance with the insurance requirements of this Article.
