Development Program Breach. Notwithstanding anything to the -------------------------- contrary contained herein, in the event of a breach by SRI or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ of their obligations under the Development Program, STC shall have the right to terminate its obligations under the Development Program in the manner set forth in Section 13.3 (provided that Licensors then do not have the right to terminate this Agreement as a result of a breach of this Agreement by STC), but all other provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
