Common use of Buyer’s Transmission Service Obligations Clause in Contracts

Buyer’s Transmission Service Obligations. During the Delivery Term, Buyer shall arrange and be responsible for transmission service for delivery of the Product from the Delivery Point and bear all risks and costs associated with such transmission service, including, but not limited to, all Transmission Provider costs and charges, electric transmission losses, and any transmission outages or curtailment, except as provided otherwise in this Agreement in respect of Dispatch Down Periods.

Buyer’s Transmission Service Obligations. During the Delivery Term, Buyer shall arrange and be responsible for transmission service for delivery service, including risk of the Product transmission outage or curtailment, from the Delivery Point and bear all risks and costs associated with such transmission service, including, but not limited to, any transmission outages or curtailment. During the Delivery Term, Buyer shall Schedule or arrange for Scheduling Coordinator services with its Transmission Providers to receive the Product at the Delivery Point. During the Delivery Term, Buyer shall be responsible for all Transmission Provider CAISO costs and charges, electric transmission losses, losses and any transmission outages or curtailment, except as provided otherwise in this Agreement in respect of Dispatch Down Periodscongestion from the Delivery Point.
