Business Use. You will use the Services for Your own internal business, non-personal use. You will not allow any third party, including Your vendors and service providers, to access or use the Services (provided that this limitation does not apply to business process outsourcing (BPO) functionality that allows for a third party to log in to a web application as an external user solely to perform, for You and as Your representative, Contact Center Agent activities or monitoring activities with respect to the Services). For the avoidance of doubt, You agree that You will not use the Services for residential purposes.
