Common use of Business Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Business Interruptions. Within five (5) years prior to the date hereof, neither the business, Collateral nor operations of any Obligor has been materially and adversely affected in any way by any casualty, strike, lockout, combination of workers, order of the United States, or any state or local government, or any political subdivision or agency thereof, directed against such Obligor. There are no pending or threatened material labor disputes, strikes, lockouts or similar occurrences or grievances against the business being operated by any Obligor.
