Common use of Business Interruptions Clause in Contracts

Business Interruptions. Within two (2) years prior to the Closing Date, neither the business, property nor operations of any Borrower have been materially and adversely affected in any way by any casualty, strike, lockout, combination of workers, order of the United States of America, or any state or local government, or any political subdivision or agency thereof, directed against any Borrower. To the best of each Borrower's knowledge, there are no pending or threatened labor disputes, strikes, lockouts or similar occurrences or grievances against the business being operated by any Borrower.
