The Architect/Engineer shall, during the Term of this Agreement, provide the School Board with evidence, including a Thirty (30) day written notice of cancellation, termination or non-renewal, of insurance prior to the commencement of this Agreement. The coverage shall include the Business Automobile Liability form with coverage for symbol I (any auto) and with limits of not less than $1,000,000 combined single limit or $500,000 per person/$1,000,000 per accident bodily injury and $250,000 per accident property damage. Also, the policy will include the School Board as an Additional Insured.
