Coverage shall be written on ISO form CA 00 01 (12/93 or later edition) or a substitute form providing equivalent coverage for owned, hired, leased and non-owned vehicles, whether scheduled or not, with $1,000,000 combined single limit per accident for bodily injury and property damage. If necessary, the policy shall be endorsed to provide contractual liability coverage.
