Business Associate Agreement. The Parties agree that in order to implement the PPS Project, they may need to exchange PHI. The Parties have entered into a Business Associate Agreement that covers the exchange of PHI that may occur pursuant to this Agreement, or shall enter into a Business Associate Agreement, as a condition of entering into this Agreement.
