Common use of Business Arrangements Clause in Contracts

Except as disclosed in the Registration Statement, the Time of Sale Disclosure Package and the Prospectus and except for such grants that are not material (individually or in the aggregate), the Company has not granted exclusive rights to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products to any other person and is not bound by any agreement that materially affects the exclusive right of the Company to develop, manufacture, produce, assemble, distribute, license, market or sell its products.
