BUS TERMINAL AND OPERATIONS. G-01 Bus Terminal Location Contractors must either (1) have a functional terminal facility located within ten (10) miles of the City of Milwaukee limits; or (2) have a functional terminal facility located outside ten (10) miles of the City of Milwaukee limits and be able to demonstrate that they have the capacity and ability to respond to an emergency with a maximum response time of thirty (30) minutes after being dispatched.
