Variation and Operation Sample Clauses
The Variation and Operation clause defines the procedures and conditions under which changes to the contract or its execution can be made after the agreement is in effect. Typically, this clause outlines how either party may propose modifications, the process for obtaining mutual consent, and any documentation or notice requirements for such changes. For example, it may allow adjustments to project scope, timelines, or deliverables, provided both parties agree in writing. Its core practical function is to provide a structured and agreed-upon method for managing changes, thereby reducing disputes and ensuring that both parties remain aligned as circumstances evolve.
