Buna benzer fikri mülkiyet haklarının veya diğer mülkiyet haklarının. (i) Yüklenicinin Sözleşme kapsamındaki yükümlülükleri yerine getirmesinden önce varlığını sürdüren, veya (ii) Yüklenicinin, Sözleşme kapsamındaki yükümlülüklerini yerine getirmesinden bağımsız olarak geliştirebileceği veya sahip olabileceği, veya geliştirmiş olabileceği yahut sahip olabileceği türdeki, Yüklenicinin herhangi bir fikri mülkiyet hakkını veya diğer mülkiyet haklarını teşkil ettiği durumlarda, UNDP bunlarla ilgili herhangi bir mülkiyet talebinde bulunmaz ve bulunmayacaktır, ve Yüklenici UNDP’ye Sözleşmenin gereksinimlerine uygun bir şekilde ve Sözleşmenin amaçlarına yönelik olarak, söz konusu fikri mülkiyet haklarını veya diğer mülkiyet haklarını kullanmak için Kalıcı nitelikte bir lisans vermektedir. 16.3 UNDP’nin talebi üzerine, Yüklenici, Sözleşmenin ve yürürlükteki yasaların gereksinimlerine uygun bir şekilde, söz konusu mülkiyet haklarının güvenli bir şekilde muhafaza edilmesinde ve bunların UNDP’ye devredilip lisans verilmesinde genel anlamda yardımcı olacak ve gerekli bütün adımları atacak, gerekli bütün belgeleri imzalayacaktır. 16.4 Yukarıdaki hükümlere bağlı olarak, Sözleşme kapsamında Yüklenici tarafından derlenen veya alınan diğer bütün verilerle birlikte, bütün haritalar, çizimler, fotoğraflar, mozaikler, planlar, raporlar, öngörüler, tavsiyeler, belgeler UNDP’nin malı olacaktır ve makul zamanlarda ve makul yerlerde UNDP’nin kullanımına veya denetimine sunulacaktır, bunlara gizli oldukları düşünülerek yaklaşılacaktır ve bunlar Sözleşme kapsamındaki işin tamamlanmasının ardından yalnızca UNDP’nin yetkili görevlilerine teslim edilecektir.
