Bulletin Board Trading Status. PETX shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and PETX Common Stock, shall continue to be quoted on, the Electronic Bulletin Board on the Closing Date, such that the PETX Common Stock may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.

Internet Media shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall continue to be quoted on, the Electronic Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date, such that the common stock of Internet Media may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.

Omega shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall be quoted on, the Electronic Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date, such that the common stock of Omega may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.

Instanet shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall be trading freely on, the Electronic Over the Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing, such that the common stock of Instanet may continue to be so traded without interruption following the Closing.

Petramerica shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall be quoted on, the Electronic Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date, such that the common stock of Petramerica may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.

Parent shall be in compliance with all material requirements for, and its common stock shall be quoted on, the Electronic Over-the-Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing Date, such that Parent Common Stock may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.

DML shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall be, trading freely on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board system on the date immediately prior to the Closing, such that the common stock of DML may continue to be so traded without interruption following the Closing.

Shell shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall continue to be quoted on, the Electronic Bulletin Board on the Closing Date, such that the common stock of Shell may continue to be so quoted without interruption following the Closing Date.
Bulletin Board Trading Status. AHMY shall be in compliance with all requirements for, and its common stock shall be trading freely on, the Electronic Over the Counter Bulletin Board system on the date of this agreement is duly executed (“Closing Date”).
Bulletin Board Trading Status. Interactive agrees that following the Closing Date, it shall use its best efforts to maintain compliance with all requirements for, and the Torpedo common stock shall continue to be, trading freely on the Over the Counter Bulletin Board system such that the common stock of Torpedo may continue to be so traded without interruption following the Closing Date.
