Common use of Building Shell Costs Clause in Contracts

Building Shell Costs. Landlord shall pay all costs associated with the Building Shell. The costs of the Building Shell shall consist of only the following costs to the extent actually incurred by Landlord in connection with the construction of the Building Shell: costs of construction, costs of permits, and the general contractor overhead described in Article 7.
