Builder Clause Samples
The 'BUILDER' clause identifies the party responsible for carrying out the construction work under the contract. It typically specifies the builder's legal name, address, and sometimes their license or registration details, ensuring there is no ambiguity about who is undertaking the project. By clearly designating the builder, this clause helps prevent disputes over responsibility and ensures that all parties know who is accountable for the quality and completion of the work.
