Broken Hill. An employee in the County of Yancowinna in New South Wales (Broken Hill) will in addition to all other payments be paid an allowance for the exigencies of working in Broken Hill for ordinary hours at the rate of $0.98 per hour for an adult (juniors paid at the percentage in Table A of clause 6.1), as increased in accordance with the award. Note the above hourly allowance is calculated as 4.28% of the 1/38th of the weekly rate for a Shift Supervisor rounded to the nearest cent, as prescribed under the Award.

Broken Hill. Full-time employees in Broken Hill shall be entitled to accrue an additional period of Annual Leave equivalent to 38 hours over the course of each 12-months of continuous service, with this leave being accrued at the rate of 3.166 hours per month of continuous service. Part-time employees in Broken Hill shall accrue an additional period of Annual Leave on a pro-rata basis relative to the normal work hours.
