BROADBAND APPLICATIONS. For clarification purposes, ESPN and its Affiliates, on the one hand, and Starwave and its Affiliates, on the other hand, in their respective sole discretion, may develop, produce, exploit or provide services of any nature with respect to programming designed specifically for Broadband delivery (i.e., content that requires Broadband transmission to satisfactorily deliver services to consumers). ESPN agrees to investigate (without any obligation) cooperation with Starwave in the development of products designed for Broadband delivery. 6.
