Common use of Brexit Clause in Contracts

After taking all reasonable steps to mitigate, the Company shall give the Customer reasonable notice should it suffer during the course of this agreement any adverse impact on this agreement, including increases in costs and expenses, as a result of an Event i) related to the UK leaving the European Union, ii) related to an epidemic or pandemic, or iii) beyond the Company’s reasonable control.
