Common use of Break Closures and Summer Closure Clause in Contracts

Break Closures and Summer Closure. University Housing residential communities, except for University Village (UV), close for winter break when the University is officially closed, and Licensees must vacate their assigned bed space. Licensees who need winter break housing should only choose to reside in University Village (UV). Students assigned to UV who opt to stay in their bed space over the winter break may do so at no additional cost. During such time, all housing policies will remain in effect. Additionally, without prior approval of appropriate University Housing staff, guests will not be permitted during the Winter Break.
