Common use of Breach of Grant Conditions Clause in Contracts

Breach of Grant Conditions. 17.1. If the Recipient fails to comply (or to procure the compliance by any Delivery Partner, Beneficiary or Third Party, as applicable) with any of the conditions set out in this Grant Agreement, or if any of the events mentioned in Clause 17.2 occur, then, subject to the provisions made in Clauses 17.3 to 17.9, the Authority may:
