Common use of Borrowing Documents Clause in Contracts

Borrowing Documents. In the case of any request for a Loan and/or a Letter of Credit, as applicable, the Agent (and Issuing Bank with respect to a request for a Letter of Credit) shall have received the request for a Revolving Credit Loan required by §2.5 in the form of Exhibit E hereto, fully completed and/or the Letter of Credit Application required by §2.9 in the form of Exhibit G hereto, fully completed.

Borrowing Documents. In the case of any request for a Loan and/or a Letter of Credit, as applicable, the Agent (and Issuing Bank with respect to a request for a Letter of Credit) shall have received the request for a Revolving Credit Loan required by §Section 2.5 in the form of Exhibit E B hereto, fully completed and/or the Letter of Credit Application required by §2.9 Section 2.7 in the form of Exhibit G hereto, D hereto fully completed.
