Booking Confirmation. Bookings will not be confirmed until the Hirer signs this Agreement and pays the fees and any security deposit in accordance with clause 4. UCA reserves the right to offer the Use Area to other users during the Access Times where the Hirer fails to pay the fees in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
