Funding Amount “Funding Amount” means an amount not to exceed Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) of tax increment finance revenues to be used for paying the costs associated with the construction, equipping, inspection, and delivery of the Local Public Improvements.
Bidding Amount 8.1. The Auctioneer shall have discretion to determine the increase of bidding rate based on the total number of Registered E-Bidders and value of the property auctioned.
Amounts payable on prepayment A prepayment shall be made together with accrued interest (and any other amount payable under Clause 21 or otherwise) in respect of the amount prepaid and, if the prepayment is not made on the last day of an Interest Period together with any sums payable under Clause 21.1(b) but without premium or penalty.
Minimum Borrowing Amounts Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans and Eurodollar Loans shall be in an amount not less than (i) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Base Rate Loans, $1,000,000 and integral multiples of $500,000 in excess thereof, and (ii) if such Borrowing is comprised of a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans, $2,000,000 and integral multiples of $1,000,000 in excess thereof.

Maximum Borrowing Amounts (a) The Total Japan Local Currency Commitment, and the Japan Local Currency Commitment for each Japan Local Currency Bank party to this Addendum as of the date hereof, are set forth on Schedule I.
Minimum Borrowing Amount The aggregate principal amount of each Borrowing by the Borrower shall not be less than the Minimum Borrowing Amount.
Payment Amount Payment for the Services shall be as follows: (choose one) ☐ - $______________________ for the Services (“Payment”). ☐ - At an hourly rate of $____ per hour (“Payment”). ☐ - Other. ______________________________________________ (“Payment”) If the Subcontractor asserts a claim which involves, in whole or in part, acts or omissions which are the responsibility of the Client or another person for whom a claim may be submitted, including but not limited to, claims for failure to pay, an extension of time, impacts, delay damages, or extra work, the Contractor shall present the Subcontractor's claim to the Client or other responsible party provided the Subcontractor presents to Contractor competent supporting evidence and in sufficient time for the Contractor to do so. The Subcontractor shall cooperate fully with the Contractor in any and all steps the Contractor takes in connection with prosecuting such a claim and shall hold harmless and reimburse the Contractor for all expenses, including legal expenses, incurred by the Contractor which arise out of the Contractor's submission of the Subcontractor's claims to the Client or other responsible party(ies). The Subcontractor shall be bound by any adjudication or award in any action or proceeding resolving such a claim.
Minimum Borrowing Amounts; Maximum Eurodollar Loans Each Borrowing of Base Rate Loans advanced under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount not less than $1.0 million or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of $1.0 million. Each Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans advanced, continued or converted under the applicable Facility shall be in an amount equal to $1.0 million or such greater amount that is an integral multiple of $1.0 million. Without the Administrative Agent’s consent, there shall not be more than fifteen (15) Borrowings of Eurodollar Loans outstanding at any one time.
Adjustments to Required Subordinated Percentages and Amount (a) On any date, the Issuer may, at the direction of the Beneficiary, change the Required Subordinated Percentage of Class B Notes, the Required Subordinated Percentage of Class C Notes or the Required Subordinated Percentage of Class D Notes, in each case for the Class A(2019-2) Notes, without the consent of any Noteholders; provided that the Issuer has received written confirmation from each applicable Note Rating Agency that the change in such percentage will not result in a Ratings Effect for any Tranche of Outstanding DiscoverSeries Notes.
