The annual target bonus in effect at any given time is referred to herein as the “Target Bonus” and the actual amount paid in a given year shall be granted solely at a “Bonus.” The Bonus may be higher or lower than the discretion of Target Bonus, as determined by the BoardBoard or the Compensation Committee. To earn a Bonus, the Executive must be employed by the Company on the day such Bonus is paid.
