Bonus Grid Clause Samples

The Bonus Grid clause establishes a structured system for awarding additional compensation based on the achievement of specific performance targets or milestones. Typically, it outlines various levels or tiers of bonuses, each corresponding to different degrees of success, such as exceeding sales quotas or meeting project deadlines. This clause provides clear incentives for exceptional performance and ensures transparency in how bonuses are calculated and distributed, thereby motivating parties to strive for higher results and reducing ambiguity around bonus eligibility.
