Common use of Bonus based on Achievement of Annual Performance Goals Clause in Contracts

Bonus based on Achievement of Annual Performance Goals. Based upon performance of the Company as reflected by satisfaction of the performance goals previously delivered to Executive, the Company may pay Executive a bonus in addition to Base Salary in such amount as may be determined by the Board of Directors. The targeted amount of the Annual Bonus shall be 50% of Employee’s then effective Base Salary; provided, however, that the payment and amount of any Annual Bonus shall be in the sole discretion of the Board of Directors.
