Bona fide Wellness Program. The City and the Union agree on the importance of employee’s wellness. The Union encourages participation in the Wellness Program. The City shall therefore maintain a bona fide Wellness Program in which all health - plan covered employees may participate and which shall include at a minimum health risk assessments, health screenings, and quarterly programs at no cost to the employee.
