Body of Agreement. 14.1 When an employee, employed on a job or project reports as usual for work unless notified at his last reported address in advance but is unable to commence work because of circumstances beyond his control, he shall be given three hours pay plus travelling allowance for reporting on the job, provided however that the employee remains on the job during the three hour period and performs any work requested which, in the opinion or judgement of his xxxxxxx, can be accomplished.
