Board Member. The Agency shall provide at least one (1) voting membership on its board of directors for a City representative for the duration of this Agreement. The City may make recommendations for this board membership to the Agency’s President or Executive Director. Any and all recommendations will be presented to the Agency’s board of directors for approval. The City representative shall be a non-elected member of City staff and shall enjoy the same rights and privileges with regard to discussion and voting on issues before the board as other general members of the Agency board.
