Board Contribution. (a) The Board contribution shall be $690 per month for each teacher who is eligible, as described in Paragraph 2 above, to participate in the base and buy-up medical plans and base and buy-up dental plans. For IRS W-2 reporting purposes, the value of the base and buy-up medical plans and base and buy-up dental plans to each employee will be tiered based upon family status. Family status means:
