NV, a credit institution validly existing under the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium, having its registered office in X-0000 Xxxxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx xx Xxxx 0, acting as Domiciliary Agent, Belgian Paying Agent and Calculation Agent and hereinafter referred to as the Agent or only, as and where specified hereinafter, the Calculation Agent; and
BNP PARIBAS FORTIS SA. NV, Niederlassung Deutschland and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd., Düsseldorf Branch as issuing banks (each an Original Issuing Bank and together the Original Issuing Banks). IT IS AGREED as follows:
