Common use of Block Removal Clause in Contracts

Block Removal. If, as a result of a Customer’s actions, OMC’s mail servers or IP address ranges are placed on black hole lists or other mail filtering software systems, OMC shall charge Customer $100 upfront and $100 per hour thereafter for any necessary remedial actions.
