Common use of Block Booking Clause in Contracts

Block Booking. In the event of cancellation by the Hirer of the remaining number of their Block Bookings, the Hirer must give at least 28 days’ notice IN WRITING to Church ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Parish Council. Failure to give 28 days notice will result in a charge subject to the scale as given below: 14 to 28 days – a 25% refund of the remaining bookings; 7 to 14 days – a 75% refund of the remaining bookings; less than 7 days’ notice – no refund.
