Common use of Blanket Insurance Clause in Contracts

Blanket Insurance. Tenant may, at its option, satisfy its insurance obligations hereunder by policies of so-called blanket insurance carried by Tenant provided that the same shall, in all respects, comply with the provision hereof. In such event, Tenant shall not be deemed to have complied with its obligation hereunder until Tenant shall have obtained and delivered to Landlord a certificate of insurance with appropriate endorsements, or upon Landlord’s reasonable request, a copy of said policy with endorsements.
