Blackboard Learntm. 15.1. Grant of License and Test Copies for Self-Hosted Software. Subject to your obligations under the Agreement, Blackboard grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable license to install and use one (1) production copy and one (1) Test Copy (as defined below) of the Software for one installation at Customer’s Designated Server Site (as defined below) solely in the form of machine-readable, executable, object code or bytecode, as applicable, and solely in connection with providing access to Customer Property, including content, to your Authorized Users and to use the Documentation in support of your authorized use of the Software. You agree not to install or use any Software on any computer, network, system or equipment other than on a Designated Configuration at the physical location where the Software will be installed, as identified in the Order Form (the “Designated Server Site”), except with our prior written consent. The Software may access, use or integrate Java Software. Such Java Software is licensed to you under the terms of Oracle’s Standard Binary Code License Agreement currently found at: xxxx://xxx.xxxxxx.xxx/technetwork/java/javase/terms/license/index.html.

  • TRAINING AND EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT 9.1 The Employer and the Union recognize the value and benefit of education and training designed to enhance an employee’s ability to perform their job duties. Training and employee development opportunities will be provided to employees in accordance with college/district policies and available resources.

  • Verizon OSS Services Access to Verizon Operations Support Systems functions.   • SERVICE MONITORING, ANALYSES AND ORACLE SOFTWARE 11.1 We continuously monitor the Services to facilitate Oracle’s operation of the Services; to help resolve Your service requests; to detect and address threats to the functionality, security, integrity, and availability of the Services as well as any content, data, or applications in the Services; and to detect and address illegal acts or violations of the Acceptable Use Policy. Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.

  • EMPLOYEE DEVELOPMENT AND TRAINING 1. The State agrees to provide advice and counseling to employees with respect to career advancement opportunities and agency developments which have an impact on their careers.

  • DISCIPLINE OF EMPLOYEES Section 1. Any action or behavior which reflects discredit upon the City or is a direct hindrance to the effective performance of the City's municipal governmental and proprietary functions may be considered good cause for disciplinary action against an employee and such actions or behavior which may be considered good cause for disciplinary action shall include, but not be limited to the following:

  • Scope of Employment (a) During the Employment, Executive will serve as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company. The Employer further agrees that no personal files or documents on employees shall be kept outside of the personnel file, apart from payroll or health services files.
