Bins. Bins may be new, existing, or refurbished at the start of the Agreement. Bins are to be painted and be labeled with either the type of materials to be collected (i.e., Solid Waste, Organic Waste, Recyclable Materials) or the type of material prohibited from being disposed in the Bin.
