Bins. A watertight metal or heavy plastic receptacle with a hinged plastic lid and a capacity of between two (2) and eight (8) cubic yards, designed or intended to be mechanically dumped into a packer type truck. Bins may also include compactors that are owned or leased by a Customer, contingent upon confirmation of compatibility from Contractor.
