Common use of Binding Clause Clause in Contracts

Binding Clause. 1. This Agreement is the full and complete understanding on all questions or issues dealing with wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment between the parties. The Employer and the Union expressly agree that, during the term of this Agreement, there shall be no reopenings for collective bargaining negotiations or demand therefore as to any matter or issue not covered by the provisions of this Agreement or for the renegotiation of any provision of this Agreement. Any and all future Agreements which add to, delete, or in any way change this Agreement, in order to be valid, shall be in writing signed by the Union President and the President of PSSI Stadium LLC.
