Binding Clause. Any agreement reached between the BOARD and the UNION is binding on all employees affected and cannot be changed by any individual.

The Tender Committee reserves the right: To vary, modify, revise, amend or change any of the terms and conditions mentioned above and, To reject any or all the Tender/s without assigning any reason whatsoever thereof or to annul the bidding process and reject all bids at any time prior to award of contract, without thereby incurring any liability to the affected bidder(s) or any obligation to Request for Proposal for Selection of Consultant Page 16 inform the affected bidder(s) of the grounds for such decision
Binding Clause. This Agreement, and all covenants, releases and agreements of the Parties contained herein shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the respective successors and assigns. Nothing in this Agreement, expressed or implied, is intended to confer upon any person, other than the Parties and their authorized assignees or their successors by operation of law, any rights or remedies under or by reason of this Agreement.
