Common use of Bin Clause in Contracts

Bin. “Bin” means a metal or plastic waste container designed or intended to be 177 mechanically serviced by a commercial front-end loader vehicle. It shall be designed to hold from one (1) to 178 six (6) cubic yards of material with the lid properly closed. The specifications for Contractor-provided Bins 179 are set forth in Exhibit 4.
