Common use of Billing and Collection and Information Service Provider (ISP) Remuneration Clause in Contracts

Billing and Collection and Information Service Provider (ISP) Remuneration. 4.2.1 In the event GTE performs switching of ISP traffic associated with resale or unbundled ports for NEN, GTE shall provide to NEN the same call detail records that GTE records for its own end-users, so as to allow NEN to xxxx its end-users.
