Bill Payments. Bill Payments are made from your designated payment account for the amount requested by you to the scheduled payee through Primebank’s eBill Pay Service. You must be an owner of the designated Bill Payment account. You may not designate any account that requires more than one signature for withdrawals. All fees for eBill Pay Service will be deducted from your designated payment account. Payments may be made up to a maximum of $9,999.99. There is no limit to the number of payments that may be authorized, or the number of payees you can pay through Xxxx Xxxxx. You may pay most merchants and individuals using Primebank’s eBill Pay Service, however, you may not use eBill Pay to pay taxes, court-ordered payments, or any governmental agency. You have the right to add, edit or delete a payment any time before 5:00 PM Central Standard Time the business day before the payment is scheduled to pay. Payments made through Primebank’s eBill Pay Service require sufficient time for your payee to credit your account properly. To avoid incurring a finance charge or other charge, you must schedule a payment sufficiently in advance of the due date of your payment. When you schedule payment: YOU MUST SCHEDULE THE PAYMENT AT LEAST FIVE BUSINESS DAYS PRIOR TO THE DATE THE PAYMENT IS DUE AT YOUR PAYEE. By scheduling payments and submitting your payees’ information including their addresses, you authorize us to follow the payment instructions to these payees. When we receive a payment instruction (for the current or future date), we will remit funds to the payee on your behalf from the funds in your designated payment account on the day you have instructed them to be sent (Payment Date). Funds for all bill payments (whether these payments are made electronically or by check) will be withdrawn from your account on the day the payment is scheduled to be sent to the payee. The Bank is under no obligation to notify you if it does not complete a payment because there are insufficient funds in your account to process a transaction. In all cases, you are responsible for either making alternate arrangements for the payment or for rescheduling the payment through eBillPayer.

Bill Payments. Once you enroll in the Bill Payment Service offered through Business Online, your Administrator or any authorized User(s) must establish each individual or business (a “Payee”) to whom/which payments (“Bill Paym ents”) may be made by setting up the nam e of the payee, the account number and payee’s remittance address as shown on the billing statement. All Payees must have a payment address located in the United States (please refer to Service Rules for additional restrictions and inform ation). W e reserve the right to exclude any particular individual or business from receiving Bill Payments are from time to time and will notify you by email via Business Online if we elect to exclude any Payee you have designated. Authorized Person(s) m ay initiate a Bill Paym ent to a Payee by indicating the dollar amount (U.S. Dollars only), the date the paym ent should be processed (a “Scheduled Date”) and the VNB account from which the payments should be made. The Scheduled Date may be a current date, or on a future date (within one year) or may be set up as a recurring paym ent to be made on a specified regular basis; provided, however that Bill Payments will be processed only on a Business Day and any Scheduled Date that is not on a Business Date, or after any cutoff time (as established in the Services Rules) on a Business Day, will be processed on the following Business Day. Funds will be taken from your designated payment account for on the amount requested by Scheduled Date and you must have sufficient funds in your account on the Scheduled Date. If you do not have sufficient funds in your account on the Scheduled Date, we may, in our discretion, refuse to the scheduled payee through Primebank’s eBill Pay Service. Bill Paym ents may be either electronically for Payees who are set up by our vendor to receive electronic payments or by paper checks mailed to the Payee. Bill Paym ents which can be delivered electronically are generally delivered to the Payee in three (3) Business Days of the Scheduled Date and paper checks are generally delivered to within six (6) Business Days of the Scheduled Date. In addition, or posting time may depend on payee processing and, in the number case of payees you can pay through Xxxx Xxxxxpaper checks, upon mail time. For exam ple, Bill Paym ents sent to certain payees, e.g. governm ent agencies, may take longer to be delivered and/or processed. You may pay most merchants and individuals using Primebank’s eBill Pay Service, however, you may not use eBill Pay to pay taxes, court-ordered payments, or any governmental agency. W e will not be held liable for failing or refusing to be sent (Payment Date)process and effect a stop payment.
