Common use of Bid Validity Clause in Contracts

Bid Validity. i. Bids shall remain valid for the period of Ninety Days (90 Days) after the date of opening of Technical Bid, prescribed by the PHFMC. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected by the Procuring Agency as non-responsive.
