Traffic Controller. The Next Level of Redundancy The Traffic Controller implements Project 25 call control, network management, and remote channel management. Utilizing the Traffic Controller, P25 features such as radio registration, authentication, and mobility management are available on a channel by channel basis. The Traffic Controller interprets and directs inbound calls, processes the calls, and issues appropriate commands about handling the calls. The Traffic Controller is also responsible for the IP connectivity of the individual channels to the P25 network. The advanced processing power of the Traffic Controller monitors ongoing repeater communications, while providing routing for multisite voice and data calls. The Traffic Controller also replicates, at the site, key P25 database information to allow uninterrupted channel operation. The Traffic Controller encapsulates P25 clear and encrypted voice and data calls into IP packets for routing throughout the P25 Phase 2 network. The packets contain P25 user and talkgroup IDs, allowing the network to operate with seamless end-to-end IP functionality. The Traffic Controller is part of every MASTR V repeater, which makes each MASTR V intelligent with the ability to take control should failure occur in the existing control channel.

  • Data Controller The Sponsor shall be the data controller for such personal data except that, if Quintiles deals with any personal data under this Agreement in the manner of a data controller, Quintiles shall be the data controller of such personal data to the extent of such dealings.   • Traffic Control The Surveyor shall control traffic in and near surveying operations adequately to comply with provisions of the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI which can be found on the State’s internet site. In the event field crew personnel must divert traffic or close traveled lanes, a Traffic Control Plan based upon principles outlined in the latest edition of the Texas Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices – Part VI shall be prepared by the Surveyor and approved by the State prior to commencement of field work. A copy of the approved plan shall be in the possession of field crew personnel on the job site at all times and shall be made available to the State’s personnel for inspection upon request.

  • Controller The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Company.   • Other Controller Audit Any other Controller may audit SAP’s control environment and security practices relevant to Personal Data processed by SAP in line with Section 5.1 only if any of the cases set out in Section 5.1 applies to such other Controller. Such audit must be undertaken through and by Customer as set out in Section 5.1 unless the audit must be undertaken by the other Controller itself under Data Protection Law. If several Controllers whose Personal Data is processed by SAP on the basis of the Agreement require an audit, Customer shall use all reasonable means to combine the audits and to avoid multiple audits.

  • PROJECT OFFICER The performance of the Contractor is subject to the review and approval of the County Project Officer, who will be appointed by the Director of the Arlington County department or agency requesting the Work under this Contract.

  • Contract Officer For the purposes of this Agreement, the Contract Officer shall be the City Manager, or such other person designated in writing by the City Manager (“Contract Officer”). Unless otherwise specified herein, any approval of City required hereunder shall mean the approval of the Contract Officer. The Contract Officer shall have authority, if specified in writing by the City Manager, to sign all documents on behalf of City required hereunder to carry out the terms of this Agreement.

  • Job Control Personal Data being processed on commission (i.e., Personal Data processed on a customer’s behalf) is processed solely in accordance with the Agreement and related instructions of the customer. Measures: • SAP uses controls and processes to monitor compliance with contracts between SAP and its customers, subprocessors or other service providers. • As part of the SAP Security Policy, Personal Data requires at least the same protection level as “confidential” information according to the SAP Information Classification standard. • All SAP employees and contractual subprocessors or other service providers are contractually bound to respect the confidentiality of all sensitive information including trade secrets of SAP customers and partners.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
