Common use of Bid Validity Clause in Contracts

Bid Validity. 15.1 Bids shall remain valid for a period of 2 calendar years after the date of the bid submission deadline as prescribed by Norwegian Refugee Council. A bid valid for a shorter period shall be rejected as non- compliant. 15.2 In exceptional circumstances, prior to the expiration of the bid validity period, the Norwegian Refugee Council may request Bidders in writing to extend the period of validity of their bids.
