Common use of Bermuda Branch; Full Recourse Obligations Clause in Contracts

Bermuda Branch; Full Recourse Obligations. All Loans to and Letters of Credit for the account of FIL shall be made to or incurred by FIL at its Bermuda branch located at Canon’s Court, 00 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxx XX 12 BERMUDA and all payments of principal and interest by FIL will be made through its Bermuda branch; provided, however, that notwithstanding the foregoing, FIL acknowledges and agrees that the Obligations hereunder are full recourse to Flextronics International Ltd., a Singapore corporation, and are in no manner limited to any extent to any branch thereof and shall in no manner impair the Administrative Agent’s or any Lender’s ability to enforce or collect any Obligation from FIL.
