Berms. Berms shall be inspected by Operator on a weekly basis for evidence of discharge. Berms shall be inspected within 48 hours of a precipitation event. Inspection and maintenance record will be provided to the County upon request. Operator shall be responsible for maintaining the area within the berms free of vegetative growth.
